Cameron Brown started flicks. at just 16 years old in his small Ohio hometown. With motivation from his high school photography teacher Mrs. Follin, he started with an Instagram page named "cameronswflicks," posting pictures around his town. That page later became @wflicks.jpeg.
With his creativity, love for music, technology, and inspirations like Cole Bennett, Mac Miller, Rex Arrow, and DrewFilmedIt, he started making music videos. @wflicks.mp4 was born, with its first music video for JoeyIsFire in March 2024, recorded on his grandma's old Canon camera and a Sony Handycam his parents bought in 2006.
Cameron is an Adobe Certified Professional in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Design, and Visual Design, and was the first junior at his alternative high school to earn all five certifications.
